I stayed for 1 night with family. We arrived hotel early in the morning around 8am. The hotel's staff help us keeping the luggages for me. And I'm able to go Hakone for sight-seeing. The next day, I'm using Yamato service for luggages. Hotel staffs are helped us to arrange the delivery next day. Amenities are available at the lobby. Hotel toilet are small.

Very friendly reception. Clean rooms. Good facilities. Free breakfast comes pre-packed. Can understand is due to Covid safe management measures. Value for money and highly recommended for families.
