Excellent! Everyone was nice and even helped with taxi when we left! Train station next to it . There’s a mall , family mart and much more in the vicinity . Very convenient to stay there.

Best service that I have ever experienced at a hotel. Just wow! They were very considerate of us from the moment we stepped through the door for the first time up until our departure. The facilities were in great condition, and the coffee bar attached to the hotel served up some great food and drinks. Would recommend to friends & family and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hotel! Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Such a nice location with shopping centre close by and train. Very spacious and perfect for family!

Great property. This was our families second time staying and we came back simply because we enjoyed our stay so much the first time. Super convenient location with tons of options for food and shopping and connected by a bridge to the train station so you can easily grab a train to get around.

This is the first time I’ve written a review for any hotel ever. We are a family of 4, since it’s the first time we came to Japan, we arrived later than the check in time, at 12am, yet we were greeted with kindness and warm welcoming. The room is clean, house keeping actually tidies up the place. Everything is connected to the hotel at Kawasaki station, so there’s a mall, family mart, 7-11, great selection of food courts around the hotel which just makes the place so much convenient! You can never go wrong with this choice. We will remember this hotel forever, please keep great work! Dōmo arigatōgozaimasu! Family of 4

Our family stayed with n this hotel for 4 nights and we loved it! Very close to Kawasaki station. The hotel is always clean, quiet and a nice ambience. Our room has everything that we need and the hotel renews our supply of amenities everyday. We have breakfast included in our reservation and it was so worth it! The buffet breakfast was always delicious! Last but certainly not the least, ALL the staffs are very accommodating and hospitable - everyone went above and beyond their service in this hotel. Will definitely book our stay here again when we visit Japan in the future!

The staff was terrific. Free water bottles. They put our kids’ lovies on their pillows. Bathroom was spacious. Tub and rain shower were great. Liked the cards you could put on sheets to say that you were ok not changing them to save water. Location great near LaZona mall and major train station. Automatic currency changer in lobby was a neat feature. Highly recommend this hotel.

so close to shops and the train station. my family of 4 stayed here (kids 8 and 6) still spacious enough for all us. kids loved the shower and bathtub options of the hotel. there were so many restaurants options around the hotel at muza symphony and the lozano kawasaki. would definitely stay again
