Everything was great and exceeded my expectations. Travelled with my family and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious, comfortable, spotless and stylish in its own minimalist yet premium way. Nice view of Mt Yotei from the room and breakfast was good too. Room itself is pretty complete with amenities including microwave. Staff speaks English very well

If you are visiting Kotchan or Niseko and want to stay away from larger resorts then this is the place. Hotel has excellent views of Mt. Yotei, spacious rooms, and wonderful staff. This was our second visit and we were treated as family. We hope to return next year and would rate this hotel above excellent!

Hotel conditions are great as it's newly built in 2018. Staff are also friendly but under resourced. Simple expectations such as availability of laundry bags, booking for restaurants, etc. are not met. Also, the hotel is in a relatively less convenient location, which is sub optimal for families with younger kids.

This is the perfect Resort if you are going to Niseko for excellent skiing or summer hiking. The beautiful hotel is located 3 km outside of Hirafu and their prompt transfers to the slopes makes it very easy to get to the slopes. Our family shared a two room apartment, generous space and beautiful interior. Their Onsens's are nice with one indoor and one outdoor bath, and open bothe in the morning and from 2 pm to midnight. Their restaurant Black Wood Grill is highly recommended, breakfast with a sufficient selectipn of japanese and European breakfast. We had lunch and three din ers at the Hotel and we were very please. They are focusing on wood bb and local ingredients. I would specially recommended the cabbage sallad, the deer and the yozu ice cream. And all of the straff and management are the best. Very nice,, polite, helpful, social and just perfect. We would definitly recommended Nest at the trees for anyone going to Niseko, and it will be our choice the next time we go there.
