need to improve the amenities theres no free instant coffee only 2 tea bag and 1 cotton bud per person. everyday i ask for extra slipper for my child. The curtain at the bath tub smells really bad, they must need to clean it thoroughly.What i like in the hotel is the staff they are pleasant and polite.

I requested a special arrangement for my family due to his serious disease, however, my request was not fully communicated among employees and understood. This made my family upset. Although we are the member of the hotel, the hotel did not reflect the status nor add points.
