I love this hotel, we cannot ask for a better location than this hotel. It is right on top of JR station and close to all the shopping. We are travelling with families and we have booked a 3 ppl room and we were surprise that it has 4 bed. The room is big by Japan standard and a smart layout of toilet and bath room on both ends to give family some privacy. Also since we are travel by car and with lots of luggage, the hotel staff was very helpful and help me with the luggage and if you stay with this hotel, the parking was just next door and can assess by lift. The parking fee is 1000 yen.

Hotel is within a shopping mall which makes it easier for us with a 4yo kid. Parking is easy at 1500 yen per night, however there are limited parking spaces. Rooms are clean but a bit small for a family of 3. Overall, a good stay and will definitely recommend it!
