The staff (The young girl who worked in night shift on 15 April around 10 pm) who helped us to do the check in is really professional! Claim and handle our inquiries with professional manner! She is a key assist for Hotel Okura Fukuoka And the room ambiance is really nice! Will recommend my friend who visit Fukuoka to choose Okura! Thank you for handling a big group of family as we have 10 people to stay! We have a nice and happy experience there!

We first made online reservations at this hotel five years ago for our 3-week stay in Fukuoka (Japan) the summer of 2019. We chose Hotel Okura because the rooms were said to be larger compared to other hotels we’d stayed at on previous trips. When we arrived we were delighted our room far exceeded the Japan standard, but also the facility, its staff and the local area were all first class. We had found a home for our future visits! Planned trips were cancelled for several years due to Covid but finally Japan opened its door to tourists and our family was allowed to return this summer (2023) and enjoy the class and comfort of the Hotel Okura and the wonderful city of Fukuoka!!
