Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay

Stayed here with family of 5 to visit Tokyo Disneyland. Finding a standard hotel room in Tokyo to accommodate a larger family is difficult but this room was great. We arrived early morning and the staff offered to store our bags for the day and had them in our room when we returned later that night. Room had three "twin" beds but said accommodates six people. The bed seemed more like an American double. The three were pushed together and fit all of us fine. There is also a couch that could sleep someome, but no sheets provided and like the mattresses its firm. Room was nice and large with separate toilet room and tub and shower rooms, ample storage. If youre staying here for Disney parks the hotel provides a free shuttle to them, stopping also at the JR station on the way which was convenient. In the Choice hotel next door there is a FamilyMart for essentials or snacks. The JR station has a shopping mall with some restaurants also. Otherwise not much in the area otherwise. Breakfast was 3700 yen and a nice western and Japanese buffet. Bottled water provided in the room. Overall very nice stay and would highly recommend for a Disney Vacation.

Clean and tidy room, excellent for family of 4. Very convenient bus transfer to Disneyland and local train station. Would recommend other families to stay.

Everything about our stay was top notch. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even when language barriers were hard, they made every effort to find a solution and answer questions. Additionally, we were at the end of a king trip with our three young children, and staff was as kind and respectful to them as they were towards us. This is huge in my book. Thank you for such a wonderful end to our adventures in Japan.

Location on the bay , friendly staff, great price, good for families with kids

We love this hotel. Room is spacious, staff is friendly and location is decent as we plan to go to Disney. The hotel is very kids friendly - from point of check in, my girl was offered a plush animal. We chose the kids room which there was a child tent with thick mattress underneath, my girl loves staying there and always mentions going back to the room. Would love to return in future!

The property is in a nice location and is very quiet. The lobby has a nice ambience and smells great. There are a lot of transportation options during the day but not a night. The free shuttle buses are very helpful which saves some money. I like that they have microwaves in the lobby and washer, dryer and drinks vending machine on our floor. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because they don't vacuum the carpet during your stay when they do housekeeping. There is also 1 day when we left for Kyoto for an overnight stay and didn't come back til the next day. I saw one of the housekeepers and mentioned that we need housekeeping. She nodded her head and said yea and I even mentioned the room twice. I wanted to tell the front desk as well but there was a long line at the check-out and we might be late for our Shinkansen reservation. So, we had to leave. We were expecting our room to be clean the next day since we had a long trip but housekeeping wasn't done. The location is close to Disney so this would be a nice location if your family is going. However, I learned thru experience that this is too far from the main city and places you might want to visit like us. Places like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku and Ginza is on the opposite side of Tokyo. I learned that the Keiyu Line which serves this area was later added so if your trip takes you to Tokyo Station, better be ready for a long 10-15 minute walk for your connection. This is totally my fault for not researching the area.

My family stayed here for a week. Every day we came back to the room, it was always clean with fresh linens. I highly recommend!

The property is a bit inconvenient in the sense that it is a bit too far from Disneyland and a bit too far from Shin-Urayasu train station. The hotel compensates by providing a shuttle bus service that is not always possible if fitting a child’s schedule. There are also no convenient stores in less than 15 min walk radius. Which is unfortunate because the hotel does room service only after 5:30pm. Otherwise, it is impeccable.

We booked a room with kids tent. My kids love it, however the play doll (puppy) is not new and looks a bit dusty. Also, the shuttle bus stop is a bit far from JR and Disney than I expected. Overall, we enjoy the stay in Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay.
