Good place to stay for 1 night while in-transit. The 4 single bed room we stayed in was good enough size for our family of 4.

We had an early flight out or Narita airport so we stayed at this hotel the night before. They had a shuttle bus to and from the airport which was fantastic.
They have large family rooms for 5 people. There is also a pharmacy, convenience store and they do a buffet dinner each night.
We would definitely stay again!

You don't look for the same things when you book an airport hotel vs regular one. Generally speaking, you get airport when you arrive too late to move on to next stop or in transit with a flight next day. Then you look for room confort, available in-hotel activities and services. Here, service was great (free bus transfert, front desk, breakfast service). As for confort, if room was good (nothing fancy, clean), sound isolation was not as good. Even though people in the hallaway were speaking normal (kids were not yelling or such), you could clearly hear what they said! When you have jet lag, good amounf of flight time (we had 13h) and have a flight next day, you expect silence to some extent. This was not the case. Not really noisy but not silent neither. As for activities, it's sad the pool was not free. For the price (airport prices, you have to deal with that), it was expensive to that matter. But to end on good point, breakfast was included (buffet).

A good place to stay near the airport if you are transiting. We stayed 1 night as a family of 4 before our morning flight to Sapporo. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel was great. The room had 4 single beds for all of us to sleep comfortably. Being able to do laundry was a big plus. Thee laundry room had 5 coin washer and dryers.

The hotel has a shuttle to Narita airport. They were friendly and kind. We stayed on the West wing and it appeared older but yet clean. A family member stayed on the easy wing and they reported it being new? Possibly newly remodeled, non the less it was a nice and clean hotel with friendly staff and a shuttle to and from the airport.

I stayed in Tobu, the hotel is descent but workers dont know the value of good costumern service.
Me and my family check in at the hotel. I have 8 luggages and I asked Nirzula if she can help us or if she can asked someone to help me on my luggages. Nirzula was so hesitant to help me and she told me and quote, I dont know if I can find someone to help you.
I asked the guy from check in counter and he approached Nirzula butt she seemed doesnt wonna help us.
Poor costumer service.

Great for families as there is an option for 4 beds in one room. Very clean, great customer service, and bus service to Aeon Mall, Narita station, and the airport!

The free shuttle was helpful and the hotel is convenient if you have a long layover. I was looking forward to swim but the don’t allow children under a certain age and also they charge. I didn’t see this mentioned anywhere. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of variety.

Great for a night stay when we arrived into Tokyo in the evening with our kids.
Great breakfast in the morning. Enough space, clean and nice rooms and lobby. Lovely garden views from breakfast restaurant. Airport shuttle (free) was convenient.

The rooms are really nice and spacious but for some reason our room was so hot. And it was cold outside! We turned the heat off and opened windows but it was so hot still and dry. This resulted in our child having a bad nosebleed and constant electrical shocks from carpet, curtains, etc. We ran the shower for a bit to try and increase the humidity but we couldn't do that all night. The Japanese hotels have what looks like might be a humidifier or dehumidifier in their rooms but not in English so we weren't sure. So our hopes for a good sleep the night before we left were dashed. Also, there wasn't anywhere to grab coffee or tea in the morning. The dining room was just $30 dollars for breakfast and that seemed to be the only option.
