Excellent service, we accepted offer to upgrade to a junior suite for a redouble fee and it was an excellent choice. It was very clean and spacious with amazing views from three windows right across the canal from the St Lucia Train station. Nice spread of breakfast and different types of coffee to indulge included in the room rate. We only stayed one night in Venice after our RC Cruise but this place was a wonderful refuge and great place to end our trip! We shall be back in Venice!

Great location close to train station. Good breakfast. And the family-like services from everybody in hotel.

The property was easy to find coming from the airport, but would be ideal location for those arriving by train. It’s conveniently located across from the train station and many water bus stops. Three adults stayed comfortably in the junior suite with small balcony with gorgeous views overlooking the grand canal and sunsets. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay here and highly recommend.

Wonderful location on the Grand Canal by the train station. Comfortable accommodation for a family of four with two separate rooms, a kitchenette, and separate beds for the kids. But, by far, the staff make this hotel such a delight! They get to know you and are exceedingly helpful, kind, and fun. We were so well cared for and sad to leave.

This property and the staff who run it are everything we hoped we would find when we planned our trip to Venice. The hotel's location is perfect, right off the Grand Canal and a short walk from the train and bus stations. Our room was AMAZING. We opened the windows and absorbed the breeze off the canal. The property is clean, well-maintained, and postcard perfect. When we arrived (a bit later than we had hoped) the staff phoned a local restaurant to let them know we were on our way. We were welcomed into what felt like, a family atmosphere. Staff gave us a detailed map, highlighting areas of interest, and recommended some things close to do. If we ever go back to Venice, this will be our spot. I felt so welcome and treasured.

Updated room.. we had an amazing view and location we loved. Even if the most visited places was a little far. We loved. Breakfast includes but the only bad thing is my husband found a worn in the kids cereal milk We decide breakfast only fruits and croissants The rest we really loved that palce

Great room, lovely position on the Grand Canal and great staff. Welcoming to children.

Exceptionally helpful staff and great location right across the train station. The rooms were kind of small and difficult to move around for a family of 4 but the location was very convenient. Loved the complementary glass factory tour.
