The hotel and staff were just lovely and accommodating. The location was perfect and the gardens and rooms were lovely and clean. The breakfast was perfect. Would come back here and have no hesitations in recommending it to family and friends.

I am so pleased we booked this place - the reviews swayed us. This place is a gem! Our family room had a day bed for our 11yo son in a seperate area of our room, spacious and good ensuite. Beautiful garden seating available for breakfast which surpassed expectations with a decent choice included. Close to Accademia water bus stop. Great local restaurants for dinner in an area we love around the Guggenheim/Dorsuduro. Thank you to the hotel staff who were friendly and helpful. We will be back!
