Great location, excellent service, friendly staff and good amenities. Great family hotel. Bit noisy at times and we had a transport issue on arrival, getting to the hotel - no taxi for one hour in spite several phone calls and hotel intervention- leaving for the station after checkout was ok!

The hotel was close to Gardaland. Which is what we wanted. The kids loved the pool and the activities that the hotel provided for kids of all ages. At breakfast, they were excited to see Aki. The room was comfortable and the ice cream treats we had at the downstairs bar were delicious.

Top hotel, it’s perfect for holiday with kids. All the parks are within 10 mins, the location is perfect. The location is simply perfect, pool is great, the pool party is fun for families. The only annoying part was the hotel did not provide a ironing board to iron clothes. But I would highly recommend this hotel. Enjoyed the stay!!

Modern, clean hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Good variety of hot and cold foods for breakfast including eggs, bacon, etc, and fresh fruit, yoghurts, cakes/bakery. A car is a must unless you are happy walking 15 mins in stifling August heat to bus stop with fares of about EUR2 per person to Lazise or Peschiera. EUR4.80 to get to Malcensine, Taxis are very hard to get hold of especially the bigger ones if you are a group or larger family. Walking distance to Gardaland park. Swimming pool is ok, unusual because it is shallow all around the edges and only gets deep towards the middle. No late evening facilities, bar open til about 11pm. Good hotel if you have a car, otherwise a bit out of the way if you have tor rely on public transport. Would be good if hotel arranged shuttle service to Peschiera/Lazise.
