Campanile Venice Mestre

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise in the hospitality industry, but I had hoped for a better level of service during my stay at this Hotel. As a guest, I believe it is essential to address these concerns promptly and ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Was denied an extra blanket due to not having extra and had difficulties obtaining extra pillow and towels. I enjoyed the stay and the location along with the morning crew. The night time wasn’t pleasant what so ever. My wife and I didn’t sleep. We watched our child sleep. There was also a drunk person on the level above us making a lot of noise and throwing stuff everywhere upon dropping off towels to my buddy that recommended this property.
