We had an amazing time here! Stefano is the absolute greatest at taking care of travel details- we arrived at 1am from our flight and there was a crib set up with cute little blankets and a pillow for our toddler. He texted us before we arrived through the What's App to help us check in virtually. He also recommended many amazing restaurants for us and placed a takeout order for us one night since our Italian is non bueno! This was also a fantastic stay for the price. Cannot recommend this place more!

DONT DO IT! I walked in with my family, they took us to our room and left. We decided immediately to leave. The hotel was in a bad area and not secure. I tried to explain to them that we felt unsafe and wanted to leave. All they cared about was getting paid. Well they got paid. Thanks hotels.com. They place was scary and not at all like the pics. Again-DONT DO IT!
