We had a large room for our family of five. The room was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable. Clean, safe. Perfect for one night in Florence.

WiFi and breakfast were great, plenty of beds for us and our kids, and we were able to walk to the train station. The tram is really close too if you need to get to or from the airport

We had a great stay with our toddler. The staff had a lovely crib set up for us, the room had good black out curtains and a tub, too. The breakfast had lots of great options for vegetarians (also plenty of meat as you’d expect in Italy). The staff were universally sweet to our girl and spoiling her with cookies.

Hoping this review helps others plan for their stay in Florence. We were a family of 5 and stayed for two nights. We didn't get any VIP benefits. The staff were friendly.
The location was perfect, very close to shopping, restaurants and areas of interest. However, lots of construction.
The room itself was ok, 5 twin beds and a small bathroom. There was no laundry facilities so we walked to a local laundry room to wash clothes which was very inconvenient.
The breakfast was good.
The amenities were basic.

We stayed in the heart of Florence and were able to walk to a lot of places. We travelled with two young babies and the staff were amazing

Train station is 5 min walk. Faenza street goes right into the center, the duomo is 5 min walk and padded with restaurants. Inside it is artsy, clean, and the only we found supporting family of 4. When we arrived the beds were arranged. Bathroom had a standing open shower by the tub. Quiet inside. Breakfast is simple and great. The hotel treated us friendly. We could lock away our luggage until left for the train. WiFi is reliable and sufficient.
