Globus Urban Hotel

My family really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly, the free breakfast was great and there was so much food available. The rooms were neat and clean and the location is central. Would stay again.

Let me start out by saying the only reason I didn't give a 5-star review is because the Wifi was weak and dropped out all the time, which was frustrating, and for some reason the volume on the TV was so low it was almost unusable. I stayed here in March of 2024 with my family of 4. We stayed in one of the apartments which is next door to the actual hotel entrance. The apartment was very large. It was a one bed, one bath unit with a separate living room and kitchen. I think it was a little over 600 square feet total. My kids slept on the pull-out couch. It was clean, the kitchen was stocked well enough with pots, pans, dished, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, and oven so you could cook some meals instead of eating out all the time. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Very good selection and delicious. Otherwise, there is a small supermarket just around the corner where you could get groceries to make your own or, on the same street as the supermarket, are countless restaurants and cafes. The hotel is about three blocks from the train station which made it very convenient when lugging your luggage and your family through the streets of Florence. The location was great. The staff at the hotel was excellent in every respect. The only bad was the Wifi in the apartment was a little spotty. It might be different if you are in one of the single rooms in the main hotel. If this doesn't concern you then consider this a 5-star review.

The team treats you like a guest and is eager to help with anything. All staff were friendly and the room, while small for a family of 4 (to be expected), met our needs well. I would come back and stay again.

My children and I really enjoyed our three-night stay. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The room was small but impeccably clean. We appreciated the generous amount of towels in the bathroom. The decor in our room and in the common areas was modern and pleasant. The hotel is a two-minute walk from the Mercato Centrale and surrounded by many restaurants. The breakfast selections were limited but not bad. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for one in Florence.

Good location, breakfast, very close to a train station and vibrant area with plenty of food and shopping. Rooms are well laid out with separate beds. Memory foam mattresses. Our family of 4 enjoyed the amenities and would definitely consider staying there again.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to all the main attractions, dining and shopping. The room was small, however, the amenities and comfort were excellent. The front-desk staff was very helpful, the breakfast options were expansive, and the housekeeping was impeccable! This is an excellent hotel to stay in, when traveling with family and friends alike.

The location is great and the rooms were clean and nice overall. We stayed in a family room for 4 and the size of the room was fine. I would stay here again.

We had high expectations and Globus Urban exceeded them. Rooms were spacious and meticulously cleaned. Staff went out of their way to help with anything. Location was great; close to train station and easy to reach most attractions even by the river. Wish all hotels were like this one in Italy. Oh and breakfast buffet was superb. We had a family of 4 and we all were happy

Nicoló and his staff were amazing hosts! The hotel is beautiful, breakfast was the best we’ve had while in Italy and Dina the evening receptionist made us feel like family. All the major tourist attractions were literally either right around the corner - Mercato Centrale Firenze 2 minutes, Cattedrale de Santa Maria del Fiore 5 minutes, Ponte Vecchio and Galleria de Uffizio 10 minutes through lovely streets full of shops, stores and restaurants. Thank you all for the great experience.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The room so clean. The breakfast was delicious. But truly the staff, so nice! Will recommend to all my family coming next year!
