First Hotel Malpensa

Property was clean and nice but the employees would not let me and my kids share just 1 room for an early morning flight the next day. we were made to purchase a second room so each person had a bed all my kids are under the age of 9. Other than that scam beautiful place just not very family friendly.

A good hotel when flying from Malpensa. The room was more than good enough, but what stood out was the incredible service. Our baby unfortunately needed urgent medical care in the middle of the night and the hotel had an ambulance at our room within 15 minutes in the middle of the night. The staff was so kind and helpful and made the whole experience more pleasant than it could've been. Would 100% go back.

My first comment is that value for money is not offered. The hotel is outdated. In my room there were scuff marks all over the furniture, the fixtures in the bathroom were broken, there was a big stain on one of the lampshades and the TV remote control had tape wrapped around it to hold the batteries in. Hardly what you would expect when you are told a hotel is 4*. In terms of cleanliness I had no complaints. The shuttle service staff was both professional and friendly. The breakfast staff was friendly but odd in their operations. The reception was stretched a little thin and doing their best as there was only one man at the desk. What I did not appreciate from their reception was their behaviour at check out. I had booked a shuttle at 4am and they called up to the room about 10 minutes before. I answered and they hung up. They then called again and yelled at me that people were waiting. I can understand if I was late they might be a bit stern but the shuttle left at 4:02 with me in it so there was no need for me to be treated like a school child! My last complaint is that I was overcharged for the room. Hotels.com was charging 10 euros more than the hotel website. However, on top of that I was given a room that was not what I booked and that was cheaper than what I had booked. I understand I checked in early but I could have been informed for fairness' sake. Finally, the restaurant that serves the hotel is quite good. The hotel should update its website and room pamphlets.
