The hotel needs to be renovated. Our $1,100.00 a night Junior suit was not worth it at all. The view wasn’t as described. Ultimately, we will never stay here again. The food wasn’t good and over priced. Definitely a disappointing experience since this was our first time to Lake Como and was a dream of ours. We would not recommend this place to our family or friends. We would recommend this place to our enemies. :) PS: The staff was very kind and helpful. No issues with the people.

Great hotel, very nicely maintained, good staff, great great pool with amazing view of mountains. Room was ok but a bit tight (we were with 2 kids though). Pool bar was so so. But rest was great. Didnt try the restaurant as there was a great pizza place right on the beach in front of the hotel... very slow service but great food.
