The Street Milano Duomo | a Design Boutique Hotel

So, the Expedia states that the hotel considers, guest of any age as adult. So, we show up three persons., with reservation for two adults and child- which was my mistake. So, we found out that, by Italian law, any hotel cannot be fully booked, and bookings have to honored. Meaning, the hotel simply did not want to work with us, eventhought we were willing to pay the extra. We paid, for a two day stay. Jan1 st 2024. The hotel manager, who was not there nor would speak with us/ They kicked us out of the hotel at Midnight, me and my two teen daughters, with no recourse. Expedia apparently cannot reach the hotel for a refund. If the manager is in a bad mood or does not like, you, the police will be called and you will be evicted. And, by the way- you open the windows, you can see diners from Mc Donalds, across the street gawk at you. This is my only negative review in Expedia in over 10 years, The management, has no empathy. The rest of Italy, was amazing.

This is a truly brilliant hotel. From the whatsapp messages before you arrive, ensuring that you are going to have the best trip. The service was amazing, we were so grateful for the restaurants that were booked, the fact that we had Last Supper tickets, and nothing was too much trouble. We loves our room, the fact that it was quiet, and the fact that we had a second room for the baby. I adored having breakfast in bed each morning. The only downfall for us were the showers, they had a funny tap and as a result it could easily scald you. We were super conscious of it when washing the baby. We would definitely stay here again. It is a brilliant hotel with brilliant staff.

We stayed for 4 nights in April in the family room, excellent staff, very helpful and friendly, central spot, lovely city and we would definitely will be visiting again and staying in the hotel, thank you very much to all the staff who made our stay very special
