Lovely stay in Milan with family. Had to adjacent double rooms. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work adequately in the one room. The second room’s air conditioning was malfunctioning. Made relaxing or sleeping extremely challenging during our visit. The front desk personnel responded with indifference to our request to remedy the situation. We stayed at the hotel for five days during a 90 degree plus unrelenting heat wave. A follow up inquiry would have be appreciated. Otherwise, the location was ideal for our purposes, and the housekeeping staff could not have been nicer. Next time we visit, it will be in autumn, winter, or spring!

Umm…the hotel in Milan….the room smells like when my dad took me to the VFW when I was a kid late on a Sunday afternoon in the summer….smells like old men who haven’t showered in 3 days, been drinking cheap falstaff/lone star beers and chain smoking in the summer heat with no a/c Def not worth the $400 we paid….but I know options are limited in downtown Milan
