They offer parking service in the app and when you arrive at the hotel they tell you that if they are 30 minutes from the hotel, ask for it a long time before because they take time to bring it. And also very expensive. I parked it in a public parking lot in front of the hotel and they opened my car and stole all my suitcases, desperately I asked the hotel for help and they were indifferent. Yon was traveling alone with a one-year-old baby and no one wanted to accompany me to raise the complaint, not to help me with the language, nor did they have empathy or any kind of attention.

I would not recommend staying at this property. The main reason is that they never restocked any of the amenities. I had to constantly ask for toilet paper, tissues, soap, coffee, creamers. They did not have the ability to see that things needed to be refilled. The Wi-Fi barely worked and it was very frustrating when traveling with family. We also decided to eat in one evening and ate at the bar. We viewed their full menu in three places: elevator, lobby, and in room TV. When we ordered from the bar they told us it was a limited bar menu and room service. So we ordered a pizza, lasagna, burger, and pasta. How can you mess that up especially in Italy. When the food arrived I immediately knew it was all frozen food. They did have the decency to admit that it was. I explained that they should inform customers that this food is not fresh and frozen. I told them I refused to pay for the food a. They also decided to charge us for our drinks instead of covering it for our inconvenience. They we went to the cafe across the street and the manger came in to talk to the waiter and told us this will be covered. That wasn’t true instead the cafe owner told us that he just asked that we be treated well. Lastly, when I made this reservation I accidentally made the check out date one day extra and I called Expedia 10 minutes later explaining my error. The hotel never responded and charged me. The staff was friendly but this hotel does not meet expectations and I would avoid staying here.
