Very nice, good service. I would like to give a special thanks to the Lifeguard at the pool, he was very professional and kind. He provided us with sunscreen for our kids and also took care of any other needs that we had. Grazie mille 🙏🙏

This was a lovely convenient option near the airport for our last night in Rome so we didn't have to get up so early. The pool is beautiful and my kids enjoyed it fully! Great food in the restaurant too!

Did not get to do much as we were stuck with one of the few rooms left... a family room for four and there were two of us. We arrived just after 3:30p.m. and they kept us waiting. (They were notified of our arrival time.) At ~780 Euros for the night, we left at 5:30a.m. to catch a flight. Two of our dinner dished had to be sent back... Second plate no better than the first. Disappointed.

It’s a nice Hotel, good rooms, friendly staffs, but on the rooms no complimentary water everything you touch they automatically deduct from your card remotely. I think that is crazy because what happened if you have small children who touches everything? Otherwise it’s a nice hotel and good location

Comfortable stay before an early flight the next day. Pool area great for the kids but in need of some TLC to clean up the surroundings. The hotel foyer is impressive but the rooms and other public areas are in need of a refurbishment. The pizza available at the restaurant by the pool in the evening was amazing along with the gelatto in the foyer. There is not much around in the vicinity of the hotel to walk to for other options for food. Taxi to FCO airport which is 10mins was 50€uro's. Overall, the stay served the purpose but it could be amazing by addressing the points above.

There was no hot water and had to talk to the reception 3 times, changed to a different room until they figured out the boiler had shut off and had to wait over 2 hours to get hot water. The dining experience was not great. The pizzeria by the pool is not what I expected considering you are in Italy. The appetizers served with aperitivo were not fresh. My family also dined in the restaurant located in the main lobby where I found food is overpriced and lacking freshness and flavor. Definitely not met the expectations of a 4 star hotel.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. We traveled with young kids so having a pool was a must to keep them busy on days we wanted to relax. The pool staff were great and the pool itself was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is pricey, but the food is excellent. They have limited lunch options so we rarely ate here for lunch. Their pizzeria is open in the evening and their pizza is excellent, as well as their wine. The rooms are a bit dated; we had two different rooms and both had peeling wallpaper, one of the bathrooms had a slow draining sink. Overall, the hotel is great to stay if you have a young family.
