Great hotel, slightly outside Rome city centre but not too far. There are a few restaurants round the corner and much cheaper than in the city centre. We had a room on the top floor the balcony was huge! Lots of space to chill out with the family in between trips. Only negative was the jacuzzi had a mind of its own and had to get someone to fix it twice.

Great property! Very safe and super friendly staff. Rooms are spacious with balcony. Very convenient from train station, however had a hard time getting a taxi during peak times. All in all highly recommend for families!

I've stayed at a lot of Mercure hotels and past experiences showed that I can trust the brand but not this hotel. We booked a standard room and although as gold hotels.com member I expected upper quality service but it was the opposite. You won't get any of the membership benefits here. Room was small and you could easily hear what was going on in the hallway or other rooms. Absolutely uncomfortable bed with squeeky and hard bedsheets. What I mean is that everytime you would roll or move in the bed, the sheets made crazy noices (not kidding). Room was lacking a fair amount of power outlets as well and 2 of the outlets didn't work at all. No warm/hot breakfast besides the coffee machine so its continental as best for that 12-15 euro price per person. Overall not happy at all, and would not recommend it.
