The Liberty Boutique Hotel

Extremely accommodating staff, clean and modern rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. We are a family of four traveling with teens and this was a wonderful accommodation walkable to Roma Termini train station.

Excellent location. Rooms are spacious and very functional. Best part is the staff and their service. Right from the time you check in to getting a recommendation for places to eat , calling a cab , breakfast service. They are just phenomenal. This is the way a hotel should be run where guest is treated supreme. Would recommend for families travelling with kids. Would come again.

Great hotel for our family of four. Very clean.

We stayed just 1 night before flying out of FCO. The hotel is very reasonable walking distance from Termini, even for 4 guys with 1-2 bags each. The lobby is nice, the staff are welcoming. The room was unfortunately located directly off the lobby, but was so quiet we couldn’t tell the difference (flip side that meant no stairs!). Everything was clean, and well appointed. In fact the bathroom was the only hotel we stayed in with a functioning exhaust fan. 4 guys in the family room fit just fine. Overall would recommend for a nice stay close to Termini. Happy with our stay and would choose it again.

One of my bag was left in the van. The hotel staff called, looked at video tape and found it was not unloaded from the van. The bag contain all my medicine for 3 weeks stay in Europe. The staff and Owner got in involved and the bag was found and return to me the next day. The hotel was beautiful, well maintain and the service was beyond great. I would advise and one to use this hotel. I appreciated this special service given to my whole family Thanks Sharon

Sergio and everyone else at the front desk and restaurant were exceptional. The staff members were amazing. We love the feeling of family, and the attentiveness.

Clean. Friendly and kind staff. They give you a phone that is connected to the internet that you can carry around the city with you which is an incredible service. The toiletries and disposable toothbrushes and sandals are another excellent touch. Close to the termini. Good breakfast. Would go back to this hotel for sure the next time I’m in Italy and highly recommend to family and friends.

To start, I realize the impact of negative reviews. But after thinking things over, I decided this was important. My family booked 2 rooms at the Liberty Boutique Hotel in Rome last night. Walking from the train station to the hotel, literally 50 feet from the front door, I was robbed by a pick pocket who stole my wallet. While I know that can happen anywhere, the lack of compassion from Sergio, the man who checked us in (and who speaks very good English), was totally unacceptable, let alone for someone in the hospitality industry. When we walked into the hotel 5 minutes after this happened, I said I was robbed outside and my wallet was stolen and I was pretty shaken up. Sergio’s response was merely - “only one of your rooms is ready now. May I have your passports.” My husband repeated what I said, and again, Sergio did not express any kindness or compassion at all - he just asked for our passports and told us only one of our rooms was ready. Part of being in this industry is to display basic decency to your guests. Asking if I was alright and if I needed anything would have sufficed. In fact one of the hotel staff who overheard our interaction with Sergio approached my husband later in the day to express his concern and was very empathetic. There are plenty of 4 star hotels in the area near the train terminal. Think twice about staying at one where the staff at the front desk (who are really the public face of he hotel) couldn’t care less about your well being.

An exceptional hotel close to Termini station. Staff sent above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and amazing, including holding our luggage before check in, and bringing it to the room prior to our arrival. We were also treated to a thoughtful note and nice bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. The bed is the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a hotel. Room is extremely spacious. Bathroom water pressure is great. Neighbourhood is safe. I would recommend to all my family and friends!

I enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel in Rome. Affordable and luxurious all at once. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!
