The Guardian Hotel

We had a wonderful Four- night stay starting with the check in.  We were warmly, greeted and welcomed by Andres at the front desk.  He took his time to explain all the hotel's amenities and important information. Also, Andres greeted us every day of our stay and continued to make us feel welcome. He is an asset to this hotel. I also want to give a special note of gratitude to Margarita for providing excellent service with a smile during breakfast and in the patio dining area. Margarita also made us feel right at home. Finally, a special thank you to Lucresia who did an impeccable job with the upkeep of the room. She is very efficient and pays a lot of attention to detail. Even though her job is not easy, she still manages to keep a smile on her face at all times. Faume came to the rescue when the toilet in our room malfunctioned. He fixed the problem in less than 2 minutes. He has a positive attitude and also always has a smile on his face. All in all, we had an excellent stay at The Guardian hotel. Please make sure to take some time to recognize each individual for all their hard work and dedication. Keep up the great customer service and hospitality. Excellent customer service, close to attractions with easy walk to the train stations. Breakfast was awesome - many options and plenty of refills. Highly recommend for anyone (ourselves we’re family).

Great hotel. Perfect location. 25 mins walk to Spanish steps. Air conditioning very good and quite. Nice breakfast. Our family room had one double bed and two single beds. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Hairdryer and safe. Fridge with chargeable items. We used it to store our own water bottles. Would recommend.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. It’s a bit further away from all the touristy stuff so you are either walking a bit or having to take a taxi or e-scooter. The property itself is renovated well but there isn’t any way around the fact that the walls are really thin and we could hear a screaming/crying kid next door. Staff was nice and relocated us to a different room but then the shower in our new room had a mind of its own and was hot and cold. The breakfast was convenient and above avg for a hotel breakfast.

Excellent and efficient hotel. We stayed in a family room, very well designed and comfortable. Great breakfast.

Would not recommend staying with older kids in the family room. Instead of double bed we got unfolded sofa with thin matras. The door to the bathroom did not lock, there were no toileteries. The breakfast was nice, the dining staff was helpful, the area was quiet. Make sure to check your rates for this hotel before checking-in to dispute the pricing. We booked 2 months in advance and ended up paying $100 higher per night than it was on the website on the dates we stayed there. Among the 3 hotels we used this week, The Guardian hotel is the only one I would not recommend.

The hotel was really clean and our family room had a wonderful layout. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they got us a room right away. The breakfast staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. We had a great stay!

Nice convenient location to the train station. The food in the restaurant was good for lunch. Family room set up was suitable for our family. Elevators are small and constantly in use.

This property was great while my family and I stayed here. The front desk staff the gentleman that checked us in and Fabiana was very kind and polite. Very helpful. The waitress was amazing gave is tips while we waited for our room. Our room was always clean, smelled clean and the room temperature was always cool. Definitely a quiet area and walking distance to shops and the roma termini train station.

Convenient location close to sites, train station, subway, and several food options. Great for family.
