Got the annex family room, is a floor or 2 down. None helped us with suitcases on arrival day.

Good location, excellent service by staff and great condition of property. The hotel is scattered among three buildings, which while understandable in their expansion strategy in the heart of Rome, it is somewhat inconvenient for large families like ours.

The junior suite with balcony was seperate from hotel but just up steps for breakfast Decor super and small balcony looking over the square Convenient location to Spanish steps and shops Staff very helpful and pleasant

This hotel was phenomenal. We stayed in the single apartment that they have which has a large bedroom and a separate hallway room with two twin beds that were great for our kids. Separate bathroom for kids. Kitchen also. 2 AC units kept the areas cool. Just steps away from great shopping, restaurants and the Spanish Steps. Location is perfect.

What a great spot located right at the top of the Spanish steps. Tons of shops and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. All the major sites were within 10-30 min walk. Loved the breakfast and the room size was very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 kids 11,13). Very much recommend it if you have a 1-3 day stay in Rome.

We stayed in the junior suite with two balconies in the separate building. We could not have been more pleased with the room and the location. One of our favorite things were sitting out on the balcony with a nice glass of wine!

The family run hotel has a wonderful staff and ambience. It is situated perfectly in a central location steps from the Spanish steps. The buffet breakfast was terrific and the views from the rooftop were lovely. Perfect little boutique hotel minutes from most tourist destinations,

We stayed in the apartment because we were a family of 5. It was perfect for us. 2 bathrooms with 1 Queen bed and 3 twin beds for our children. The apartment itself had so much character. The staff at the property couldn't be more accommodating. They helped us get dinner reservations, a taxi and airport transportation. The owner of the hotel helped with our luggage and showed us around the apartment while giving us the history behind the apartment. The location was great. Literally on the Spanish Steps and a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. If we were to ever visit Italy again, this would be my first choice for a hotel!
