Nice and clean place with breakfast included for a family of 4; walkable from train station but yet safe and convenient.

Very mediocre and over priced. We felt it was more of a 3 star/ motel as compared to a 4 star. There were no amenities ( body lotion , shampoo etc ) and the floors were not moped once in our 4 day stay despite we pointing it out to the cleaners. The rooms were also in a bad condition and although advertised as good for families- it wasn’t explicitly stating pets allowed. This was a no for us. The rooms also lacked an iron and an iron stand and when requested a broken iron was given to us along with a wooden iron stand ( which was taken back by housekeeping the next day ). The mini bar was extremely noise. And yes, the walls between rooms are invisible - there was no noise barriers at all and we couldn’t sleep at all with neighbours constantly hitting against the walls. It felt quite cheap actually. On the positive, the reception staff was helpful and informative. Apart from the location, we didn’t have a good time. Also, there are better options around the same area. Overall felt we were scammed/ ripped off.

I really really loved my stay here. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the check in experience was great. The room was very spacious and perfectly clean. The location is great it is just down from the Termini and also a short walk away from the Colosseum. The breakfast is also extremely good value and the rooftop terrace and bar are awesome! Great views of Rome as well as great cocktails. If I’m back in Rome I’ll be sure to stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

This property is very close to the Roma Termini station, making it easy to get to a metro or train if going to another city. The room was spacious and accommodated our family of 4 really well. There was no AC in the room which made it feel stuffy but we could open the windows. At night with the windows open there was a lot of noise pollution which made sleeping a little difficult.
