Diva Luxury Hotel

Unfortunately my rating dropped to 3 stars only because of the mannerism of one of the staff in particular , Mauro. I had asked reception the night before to chill a bottle of Prosecco as I have invited 2 members of my family from the palace hotel to my room before we go out for dinner. When they arrived they were told to produce physical ID as per rule of the hotel. One of my guests had changed her handbag and had forgotten to transfer the ID to the new bag. She was refused enter to my room although she had photos of her ID on her phone. I am a man of rules and respect but this requirement is not printed anywhere on the paperwork in the room nor at reception. Extremely disappointing specially that my family visit Rome twice a year but would not consider staying at Divina. R. Zand

We really enjoyed our stay. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. We stayed with our 8 month old child and they were very accommodating providing a large cot and allowing us to use the microwave in the kitchen to sterilise milk bottles.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure, thanks to its prime location and the array of conveniences in its vicinity. My junior suite at this hotel was incredibly spacious, featuring a comfortable sitting room and a generously sized bedroom area. The large closet provided ample storage and the balcony offered decent views. One standout feature was the selection of great restaurants just within the block. From casual eateries to fine dining, the diverse culinary options catered to various preferences, ensuring that guests could savor a delightful meal without venturing far. For coffee enthusiasts like myself, the presence of an amazing coffee bar nearby was a delightful surprise. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to the Big Bus Tour stop made sightseeing a breeze. With the stop right down the street, exploring the city's landmarks became effortlessly convenient. This added a layer of convenience for those eager to immerse themselves in the local culture and attractions. Overall, the combination of a walkable neighborhood, excellent quality rooms, dining options, a stellar coffee bar, and easy access to sightseeing opportunities makes this hotel a top choice for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a well-rounded and enjoyable accommodation experience.

This hotel is ideally situated, 20 minute walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Spent time with family, hit 25K steps each day 👍Hotel is in a quiet location the rooms spacious, very clean, another plus the mini bar was free during the stay. Our whole group had a great vacation and the hotel was 4star plus - highly recommended

Very good service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Although no experience at the bar. Rooms good size and comfortable, clean but they did change towels every day so not much eco. Easy walk to Spanish Steps/Trevi. Some very good restaurants right next door. Only minor issues no USB ports for charging. All the gadgets a family with 2 teenagers have. Would happily stay again

We just loved it So luxurious The panoramic room was worth it We sure will recommend it to our family and friends.
