Great location, very close to Train station and a bunch of good restaurants. Almost everything is accessible via Train or within walking distance. Room is small and tight for family of three or more

This was.quite a nice hotel for the price. Clean and relatively spacious. Had a nice breakfast buffet and was quite clean. Staff should really monitor how some unscrupulous guests skillfully stuff their bags full of food from buffet, presumably to take for a second meal or snacks. I saw a mother and father literally making sandwiches and stuffing them in her tote and the back packs of each kid. These people raise prices! Who does that? So rude. Don’t go to Europe if you can’t afford your family meals. Overall the hotel and staff were okay. Not super attentive but decent. They don’t have conditioner only shampoo and I had run out of my travel size on the last leg of our trip. They said they would deliver one room when I called but it never came. When I asked at desk they said they don’t have. Good location as close to train station but some areas a bit sketchy on way to station.

The woman at the front desk addressed me by name as soon as I walked in. She remembered my family and I and we were only there for one night. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the family suite on the 4th floor. The room was very spacious. 2 minutes walk to termini station. The outside corridor leading to the rooms smelled like sewer. One of the shower was dirty. It’s an okay stay for 1 night .

I travelled with my family. They gave us two large connected rooms instead of one four beds, without any extra charges.

The room was clean, large and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were nice, friendly and helpful. The dining staff, Luca G and Diandra R. provided excellent service and made us feel like family while eating at the dining room. No request was ignored and handled with the utmost respect and professional. Dinners made by Chef Vittorio were exceptional which created a party in your tastebuds. Great modern comfortable and convenient hotel to stay at.

The service could be better, since they screwed up placing our group into 4 rooms instead of the 5 rooms that were booked. They did apologize and make it right, but we were not in the correct rooms with the correct families. It is a nice hotel, very clean, great location next to the train station, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had. Would definitely stay again, but will make sure our bookings are correct when entering.

Staff: 10/10. Breakfast: for what it is, very good, 8/10. Area/convenience/restaurants: 10/10. Rooms: 7/10. Smelly bathrooms which quickly cleared out once main bedroom window opened. Single beds in kids’ twin room were reportedly uncomfortable. Our king (two singles) was fine. Pillows average. Noise internal: The only issue is you need ear plugs, proper ones, to try to get a basic amount of sleep. This is by far the worst hotel for noise insulation (or lack of) that we have ever stayed in. The first night we were next to one of the (three) lifts and asked to move (they obliged, and put us closer to the kids room!)….but still the walls and ceilings are paper thin: to the extent you are woken by a neighbour’s phone vibrating on silent! Or to someone going to the toilet, or opening their door, or snoring, or any movement. Absolutely shocking.

Excellent stay in family 2-room setup. Highly recommended

The location was really nice and very near to the train station. My family and I felt safe and secure at the hotel. I would say that the location and the safety were the only good things about the hotel. The property turned out to be disappointing. The air conditioning was limited to 21. Me and my family felt suffocated in the room. My husband was breathless at moments due to the heat. Any person would be happy to go back to their hotel but me and my family dreaded going back to the hotel at night. This hotel was an okay stay.
