The best customer service team in all that I have stayed at through my years of travel. Great room, the view and just the staff makes one feel we are all family.
Must stay in Hotel Fraulo when in Ravelo.

This is a very pleasant small family-owned hotel in a wonderful location with fabulous views. It has been recently totally refurbished with new rooms added. The internal decor in the bedrooms and the public areas is very attractive. The staff are attentive and courteous. Meals in the restaurant were good. I have rarely felt so completely satisfied with a hotel. A downside might be that its location makes it hard to access by car, and hotel parking is expensive - but that is understandable in view of the lack of space in the town.
