My family and I had 3 rooms all on different floors, which is okay. My floor, the first floor, lost power at 10 pm which meant I had no lights, air conditioning, refrigerator, or power to charge my electronics. There was one man working the desk trying to find the circuit panel, so he was unable to answer the phones. The power was not restored until 8 am when I already left the room. I was able to take a shower in the dark and not dry my hair. I hadn't slept because I wasn't sure if someone could just come into my room since the key fob is electronically controlled so I pushed the chair in front of the door.

The property itself is very nice and the staff is friendly across the board and helpful. Most especially Roberta from the restaurant. She made my family feel very much at home.
