It was such a cool location and such an interesting hotel. I loved our junior suite which was located in a replica of a French street. The room was very spacious and well equipped. A great stay

I never review properties, but I feel compelled to review this one. The staff was so pleasant, the place was so clean and it was just a pleasure to be there. I’ve been to a lot of hotels and I was never in a hotel that was so clean! I would definitely stay there again! Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating. Important to note that some of the rooms are not accessible via elevator. Also, if you keep kosher, need to check that the pastries are kosher because it’s not marketed as a hotel with kosher food options. Also, best to bring a device such as an iPad/computer with movie/tv options for kids as there’s just one station for kids. Truly a great experience. Thank you!!

Fantastic hotel - one street from the beach. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, rooms of good size and with everything you need - including coffee, fruit and dead sea toiletries. Breakfast - the hotel provides tea/coffee, cakes, pastries and fruit on each floor for guest free of charge and biscuits free all day. I travel a lot and this hotel is way better than 4 star plus hotels in Europe for staff service, facilities, free extras and location based on value for money. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family wishing to visit Tel Aviv - Thank you to everyone at Embassy hotel - a grateful wordwide traveller - you deserve a Hotels.com Gold award

Great location (across from US embassy, so very safe), close to beach, and walking distance to some good restaurants. The room was great, comfortable, large, modern, and super clean. Very happy with the facilities. Wine and cookies available in the afternoon/early evening, and a coffee bar and pastries was available in morning, but no restaurant on premises. No issue with that as there are great food options in Tel Aviv. Loved the funky decor and atmosphere of this boutique hotel. My only issue was the front desk staff, specifically the evening staff. We came in from an all day tour in another city, exhausted, and the evening reception staff honestly looked annoyed when we came in and interrupted their conversation to check in. There was a question over whether I had prepaid, which I thought I had done, since I had given my credit card over the phone when I booked the property, but apparently they hadn't run the card. I didn't realize this, and was annoyed by the whole interaction and attitude we got, so I was little short with the staff myself. You could tell they were talking about me with each other and chuckling-even my children picked up on it-I know enough Hebrew the get that. Israelis don't have the most friendly reputation, but every hotel we'd been to on our trip (4 in a week) the check-in staff was nice, besides this hotel, so I was disappointed in their attitude with me. But besides the horrible check-in experience, I would recommend this hotel.
