My room was tiny right above the dining hall and it was noisy. Not a room for 2 adults plus 2 kids

Rooms were a bit outdated. Pool and beach were nice. Kids Club is great for kids. service was ok. location very good. A mid-level hotel.

King Bed Junior Suite with loud music outside until 2:10 AM (yes, 2:10 AM), called front desk 1:30 AM, they argued that it’s not their property, not their fault. Security then came to my room at 2:00 AM to “see how loud it is.” This property had plenty of families and young children. Checked out a day early (not reimbursed — again, not their fault). Strongly advise against this hotel.

Good location, but the place is just mentally busy. Came down for dinner, kids were running about everywhere, there was crashing and banging, our table got taken whilst we went to get food! Not relaxing.
