My family and I were satisfied with YMCA staff, location and everything. We strongly recommend the YMCA three arches hotel. When we go back to Israel again we will stay at this hotel. There is nothing negative that we can think of about this hotel. We love YMCA three arches hotel.

Our third time here in during the past 4 years. It has always been a good experience. Nice, clean hotel, great location, good rates. Staff is very friendly. We have recommended this hotel to friends and family and also get only nice feedback. This is not a luxury resort, nor a budget hostel. It is a solid, comfortable mid-tier hotel to use as a base during your visit to Jerusalem.
