The hotel was easy to locate, beautiful from the entrance doors all the way through into the rooms! Wonderfully spacious rooms, gorgeous lay out and facilities, which was a welcomed treat for my husband and myself's first child free night in some years. Great option for valet parking at an additional fee, but it is 100% worth booking and paying for! You just need to contact and arrange this before attending. Great self check-in and check-out facilities for those happy to zip in / out too, and friendly accommodating staff. The bed was so comfortable, couldnt quite get the hang of the air-conditioning, but thats likely more user error than anything else! And the large walk in shower was pure heaven. About 20-30 minute walk into the Temple area of Dublin City, but there are so many options for bars and restaurants, including a lovely little Syrian restaurant a few minutes away. We will definitely be coming back soon, this was an amazing little gem of a find, especially considering we booked our room with such short notice! Huge thank you to the staff, they were amazing from start to finish.

My husband and I were at the end of family trip that was very hectic. I was a bit unsure of staying on the south side of the city but it was the best thing we could have done. The staff was like no other. Every one of the was amazing and went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

The staff was condescendent and rude. Whenever we asked a question at the front desk, we got half answer with an attitude. Like we are bothering them. One front desk gentleman from the evening/ night shift was especially rude. 1- We were travelling with a 2 year old (which was stated in the reservation) and got a room without a bath. Only a big shower. I asked if we could switch rooms and the answer was always no. The sink was too shallow to bathe the toddler so we had to wash our daughter with a washcloth for 4 days... 2- Having an early flight back to Canada, the night before our departure, I asked for a wake up call. The next morning, the phone never rang. Thankfully, I had set my alarm just in case. I went downstairs to get a coffee, ask them to call us a taxi and inquire about the wake up call. The front desk employee very very rudely replied: yeah we called.. then muttered something. I asked him if he could repeat it. He yelled something back (still couldn't understand) so I replied there was no need to be rude nor upset. I should be the one upset. He them walked away and closed the door (back office behind the front desk) 3- Still in shock from the incident, I went back to my room. I had forgotten to ask for a taxi. Hoping it would be another employee answering the phone, I called front desk to ask for a taxi. The person said yes. With no time to waste, we got downstairs and waited. After 10 minutes, I asked the front desk if the taxi is near? He said they never call

The overall experience was rather great. It is an amazing place if you wanna bring kids . They have a bar and a restaurant. What makes this place top of the line is the friendly staff who go out of their way to Accommodate you at your stay . There is a very popular bar next door where you can also grab a bite to eat .

Staff here are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Buttermilk pancakes amazing! Food in main bar in the evening was not bad but not great for vegetarian meals. It was also very noisy with children crying, people talking loudly and to top it off a TV playing in the background! The Acoustics in the room must be not great. Maybe they should offer a ‘young children/babies early sitting’ so those couples without (and on break away from children!) could eat in a quieter restaurant? Our room was near the kitchens I think as when we walked in our room I could smell cooking smells, (windows were open). Bedroom was spacious - even had extra single bed in it. Bedding lovely, clean and well pressed and bedroom and bathroom clean. We had a bathroom with bath (plus overhead shower which wouldn’t be good for less able as high to step into bath). Shower good pressure. A few areas around hotel showing signs of age - few frayed carpets and shrinking from edges. But overall a good hotel and would stay again.
