Lovely hotel close to village, great facilities. However we had a family room and tge hotel rooms are very warm and no air conditioning. We left our window open (small window ) first night and came back with two young children to a room full of insects the whole roof was covered in them. We ended up trying to Hoover the roof for an hour. So result was a stifling room (it was only 18-20degrees -Sept) and no ability to open a window. Ridiculous and would not stay again

I stayed gere with my mum and aunt for our annual summer weekend away. We genuinely can not speak higher about this hotel.
The hotel irself is beautiful with a fabulous location next to the river. The gym/pool/spa etc were great.
The winning factor though was the staff. We each agreed we have never stayed in a place where the staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. It wasnt just one or two staff, it was every single one we met. Everyone was so lovely.
It was a great spot for families/children too. There was plenty of space, kids club, pool etc.
We cannot wait to stay again and will be telling all our friends.
Location is ideal. Enniscorthy is a lively town with fab cafes and pubs etc. Wexford is a 25min drive and has plenty of lovely shops. A great day out.
We were so impressed and want to thank all the staff for making our trip so wonderful.

Great dining options, with The Alamo restaurant being a lovely dinner spot. Breakfast was crowded but offered many vegetarian options, and the vegan quesadilla was fantastic. The area around the property is very walkable along the river—it's just beautiful, and the town is just 5 minutes away. Parking was convenient and easy, with EV charging stations at €0.45 per kWh, although they are only 22 kW, not fast charging. The playground and pool, while not very big, were great features for families, and my child loved them.
However, there were some maintenance issues, such as scratched furniture and poorly maintained areas around the EV chargers. The elevators were very slow, making the wait times terrible, and one was out of order during my stay, which was especially inconvenient during such a busy time. The light over the sink wasn't working, but the room lighting was nice with soft LEDs around the beds and under the sink, which helped at night. The mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, as you really sink into the bed.
Overall, a good stay with excellent dining and convenient amenities, but some areas need better maintenance and improvement.

Late checking in, looking for a good nights sleep, kept awake through the night ,room noice from nearby rooms, didnt eat breakfast because the table i was asked to use was in a corner pushed up next to a family with kids in highchairs, next to no room to sit at it, they looked relieved when i declined the table ,i wasn't offered another even though the breakfast room had plenty of other empty tables,
Checked out feeling more tierd and hungry than when i checked in,

Good sized rooms
Very clean and well maintained.
Excellent breakfast all freshly cooked. Breakfast staff very attentive
Pool was very small and you have to purchase a swim cap at 3 euros to use the pool. (This is also applicable to children)

Did not enjoy my stay, staff were very rude to me and my family, walls are paper thin, very noisey, the hotel is tired and dirty and everywhere stinks of smoke, the leisure facilities are very old and dirty, worst of all 2 fire alarms went off in the night and the hotel did not communicate with us if we should evacuate the hotel due to a fire. We felt unsafe at this hotel.

Lovely clean modern rooms with river view and small balcony available. Food was amazing, no complaints but the hotel lacked any facilities for kids as kids club wasn’t operating at the June bank holiday weekend.
There was a playground beside the hotel which was good
