Really well situated and well priced family friendly hotel. Food and atmosphere excellent and rooms a nice size whilst being clean and tidy.

Beautiful hotel lovely clean rooms need a card to use elevator and also to enter the stairs wich is verry safe .need to leave the bar at 9 if u have kids ,room was verry warm as heating was on.breakfast beautiful only thing that i would fault is the parking ,parking is across the road at merchantsquay wich i payed about 16euro for over night till the next day would rather a hotel with a car park but thats my only fault with this hotel

Not great it’s a very noisy hotel,could hear full conversations of families next door to us and very noisy outside our window could hear kegs being transferred at 6am 😡glad it was only 1 night stay

We really enjoyed our stay and would return. The only complaint I have is the bed situation. There was a single bed a double bed and a childs bed I slept in the child's bed I am not a child. Some furniture could be removed and another single bed put in. Otherwise it was perfect.

Overall was ok. Halls could use a bit of a freshening up in my opinion. Room was tight and literally had to pick up a baby's playpen and put it on the sofa as it was completely blocking my entry and I couldn't close the door behind me. Breakfast had a good selection and was quite good. Staff were all very helpful.

Lovely setting, staff, food, service, beds were comfy and all was good. After dinner, we went for a walk and then came back to the hotel at 8pm and ordered a drink. The bar was empty bar one other table. Our 2 kids are 8 & 11. We were asked to leave the bar by 9pm even though we were guests and had a meal and the place was empty. We sat in the foyet and went up to our room by 9.20 and we got a bottle of wine and some beer from the Centra down the road. This was a disappointing end to an otherwise lovely stay.
