The hotel is probably best suited to adults. For one, the leisure center is in a separate building to the hotel and isn't all that family friendly. We went for a swim on the evening of our arrival only to be told children weren't allowed in after 18.45. Children did not have access until 09.00 the next morning which didn't suit us as we were heading to a local attraction quite early.

We enjoyed our stay. Note to North American travellers. Be sure to check the fitness centre hours as the pool closed earlier than expected. Thankfully we were there with enough time for our children to enjoy the pool.

Super Hotel, facilities were amazing, but it was the 27th of December and it was very busy with families, so not as quiet as we had hoped, but we could not fault the hotel.

The hotel was very loud. The dining experience was unpleasant due to children on iPads with the volume loud, a sound system with unrecognizable sounds, children crying and people speaking very loudly. We spent over 100 euro in a Mac Donald environment.
Our room was in the family wing because we had a 15 year old with us-I am assuming. We had children trying to open our room after we retired to bed.
We were very excited to book at the hotel but felt we paid way too much for the experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay with our toddler. Lots of outdoor space, playground,fairy trails ,butterfly garden ect to keep the kids busy. enjoyed our time there and looking forward to returning soon.

Fantastic place, really family oriented, great services. Only negative was the rooms are a bit hit and don’t have air conditioning.

Beautiful hotel set within lovely gardens laid out with fairy trails and play areas. Inside hotel was very impressive, lots of areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Bar/lounge area had games to play, also had kids club area. Rooms clean and food was great.
