The Western was a wonderful experience. Great location and terrific staff. The concierge staff was helpful, efficient, and professional. The restaurant was some of the best food we had for the entire trip and the staff was friendly and organized. The bar staff was lovely and we enjoyed the live music. And the parking was easy- the valet staff was friendly and qualified. Overall, we would stay here again and would recommend it to our family and friends.

Nice launching pad to explore Galway and nearby areas. Our room was in good shape and the breakfast was great. Walkable to the fun Latin Quarters. They provided a portable crib for our baby.

I liked it all! A nice surprise was the Irish music in the bar later in the evening! I think it was the best hotel that I stayed in on this trip! This was my second stay and I will be back! Will definitely recommend it to family and friends!

A great place to stay if you are a tourist. We drove in from Dublin and were thankful the hotel had a garage. Our room was spacious for a family of three. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and it's an easy walk to the main square and shops. The hotel has a nice bar and we stopped by for a drink. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.

We had a lovely time staying here while enjoying the Christmas markets for the second year in a row, this time with our almost 3yr old. The hotel is so near Eyre Square it's perfect. The staff were all so helpful through out our stay and couldn't be more so especially when our little girl was sick on our last night there . It really feels very family friendly as soon as you enter the lift to reception. Already looking forward to returning again next November to continue our magical break away ⛄🎄

The hotel is a bit old fashioned but I expected that. The room was in good condition. Shower was a disappointment since it kept going to cold water in the middle of a hot shower. The room temperature was also cold. One night there was a loud party outside at 3 AM. Then fire alarms went off twice. Other nights I got a good nights sleep & it was quiet. It’s in a good location in town & you can walk everywhere. I did not have a car & used public transportation. I was visiting family. I will be back to Galway again but might not choose this hotel.

This is a great hotel quaint and clean the staff was really nice and they had Parking Would recommend this place. They have a family suite that is perfect for 3-4 people It was perfect for us 3 adults and. Couple of kids

The hotel was amazing. Perfect for my family of four. Staff could not have been more friendly. The breakfast was amazing and made my kids so happy to start the day.
