Not impressed with the service. Being at the kids pool, not once did anyone come around to offer drink service or clean up dirty cups and plates. 4-5 staff standing at the bar doing nothing instead. They would often run out of towels and had no sense of urgency to get new ones, had to wait over an hour on occasions for a towel! We asked the bar for an ice bucket and was told to call room service from our room on level 4. Few other instances where service was an after thought and quite disappointed being a reputable hotel. We have stayed at multiple Bali hotels where the service is above and beyond! Also got a suite room so our 2 year old could sleep in next room once I set up the baby monitor and noise machine I turned the main light off which then turned off all the power to the room which they said is the way it’s wired and can’t do anything, no point in suite really! Overall not impressed and won’t be back

Loved the Pullman Hotel. It delivered and above expectation experience for us. Well catered, lots of activities and great size rooms for our family of 4. People in the hotel and very friendly and happy to help. A bit slow in the restaurant, but who cares when you are on a holiday. :) Great place overall and amazing value for money.

Stayed here for 8 nights. Room was good, spacious with lovely view of beach. Room was tidied daily, but occasionally there was rubbish left on floor and the balcony was not cleaned or tidied. If aircon wasnt left on, the room smelt musty. On one night, i was woken by loud banging which became unrelentless, with fists banging on the door and the doorbell being rung incessantly. Im sure the whole floor was awoken wirh the person banging and yelling (a person's name) to be let in. This continued for several minutes despite me telling them they had the wrong room! No sign of hotel security or even acknowledgement by the hotel of any annoyance. The rooftop, adults only, pool area was nice, however there were children allowed in the pool. Perhaps management should make it clear, no u

We had a wonderful time with my family here for about 9 nights. Pretty much everything was amazing and we felt well taken care of. In particular shout-out to Ibu Ari who was always there to take care of our needs especially at breakfast, be it an extra coffee served piping hot or chat with our kids. Also shoutout to bapak seni who checked us in and ensured we were comfortable with our suite. A few things that stood out in our stay were 1) Kids club - our kids had a great time there, and we got a chance to have some shopping time. 2) The Breakfast - ton of dining options and pretty much most of it is so good, especially the made to order omlettes and the Indian corner. 3) The location - is right on the beach with testaurants, mall and even cinema in walking distance. 4) The staff - everyone we talked was great and always smiling. 5) Our room - it was BIG with an extra room overlooking the garden :) All in all highly recommend this place.

The Pullman is close to all things shopping, dining and surfing. The staff were very friendly.. However, my room smelt extremely mouldy so we couldn’t sleep so well. The roof in both room and bathroom had mould all over it. I had put forward my concern which to the credit of the staff asked me to look at another room but it was the same. I understand places like Bali have this happen due to the humidity but I can’t help but feel it’s maintenance has been lacking. My 12 year old was told he could swim with me on the rooftop pool, however a changeover was staff and they send the youngest staff member to tell me he couldn’t be there. I spoke with numerous amounts of disgruntled people about this including our friends we travelled with and they have never been told their family could not be there to swim together and they often went up there for the sunset.

Wanted to try staying in Kuta/ Legian area thats why we chose this hotel. We only stayed 1 night on Saturday in Dlx premium king ocean view which is more premium price compare to garden view. The room itself was spacious enough to accommodate 2A 2C (5y & 18months) and the view from the room was great. However, On Saturday night in Kuta-legian area often used by motorcycle group to do track/race without permission. It happened even after midnight, maybe until 2 am? It was extremely loud. I could not sleep because of this, when I called to the hotel staff they apologized and said police was around the area, yet the noise was there. In the morning , in the hall area there was noise from other guests.. during breakfast I told my story to the restaurant staff, she tentatively listened to my story and followed up to the guest relation manager , in the end we got late check out as complimentary. Thank you. The breakfast was great with alot of varieties. The kids club was fabulous, many of activities, staffs were very friendly, we can leave our kid 4 years old above there to enjoy the activities for free. My 5 year old kid love it very much. He played and followed the activities there until we left the hotel. He said that he loves kids club very much. Well.. we might come back for the kids club. But we will not book for the ocean view due to noise problem.

Expedia was terrible in the booking, breakfast was not provided because of the Expedia UI error and there were no proper follow up by Expedia. Pullman is at best at a 3 star hotel condition. The only saving grace is that the reservation manager Levistar tried to make amendments (but despite changing the room, we still encountered a room that had a leaking sink, lights not working, badly renovated room, stained pillowcase). We did not get a Pullman standard accommodation but got a Pullman standard service from the kids club. The executives manning the kids club made my daughter super happy! . however, I will not stay there again because this is clearly a badly managed hotel. I will also not book from Expedia again because the errors cost me time and money to resolve the situation and I was not offered any satisfactory answer from Expedia.

Returned to the Pullman after a wonderful stay in 2019. Unfortunately this was not the case this time. The Pullman is no longer a 5 star hotel and the rooms and buildings are falling apart. Although the rooms are spacious, the decor has not been changed for years and the lounges and floor rug were dirty and stained. The rooms are full of damp which made for peeling and bubbled paint on the walls and a strong mouldy smell. The toilet smelt like sewerage and the floors were damp for most of the day. This was extremely disappointing for us as we highly recommended this hotel the other families we were travelling with. They too had major issues during their stay and both needed to be moved to different rooms. Staff did cleans and changeovers at midnight and talked loudly in the hallway outside of our rooms. When reception was questioned about this, they said they needed to do overnight changeover due to airline staff coming and going. This is unacceptable! There was also construction happening on the grounds and we were not told about this prior to booking which was another disappointment. I would definitely reconsider if you are deliberating over staying at this hotel.
