Fabulous little hidden gem in downtown Kuta. Staff were fabulous, easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and spas. A great swim up pool bar, gym, kids pool, a wonderful place for couples, families, solos. Something for everyone.

We were not happy with our stay at this hotel. We booked through you and asked for rooms side by side with our family and also a room that was down stairs. They put us on the top floor and we were at one end of the hotel and my family was at another. We stayed there for 14 days and not once did they try to rectify the situation. We will not be staying there in the future

Always have a good stay here, great for families, staff are excellent, some rooms around pool the old part need a bit of upgrade but alright. room service excellent. Thanks Dave & michelle Kaa

I keep coming back to Sol and have been doing so since 1991. The reason being I feel surrounded by family. The rooms are spacious and well equiped. The hotel grounds are kept in immaculate conditions and staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel is placed in a central positions within walking distance to shops and well know restaurants I love staying at this hotel I consider it to be my home when I am away from home

When we arrived there the staff were very helpful, The next day we went up for breakfast as ot was part of the booking, was No Western style breakfast you had to wait 30 to 40mins for eggs to be cooked the staff meanwhile were very friendly and helpful, we booked another night in same room.and were chaged $120.00 a night afyer staying there for 13 nights already when booking online it was $64.00 but converted into USA dollars it cost $120.00 Aussie Dollars Our sheets were only changed twice in the 13 days there We had to pay $50 for New Years Eve Dinner which they put alot of effort on decorations its ashame they didn't do the same for the food especially when u had to eat there regardless i dont think i will.stay again as i went for a peaceful holiday and you had kids swimming in the pool.at 6.30am in the morning screaming and crying when u trying to sleep and no one said anything to the family in the pool.that early in the morning so no i dont think ill b staying there again......
