Excellent for young families to holiday and take in Bali without feeling out of place or uncomfortable. Was a great first trip for my family and all the staff were excellent and very polite.

The resort was amazing, specially for families with small kids. It has lot of playing areas and relaxing spots. However, for me there were 2 disappointments, first was the beach, although excess to beach was good almost feels like a private beach, yet it didn't seem good for a swim or even for just lying down on the shore, I even spotted few plastic wrappers in the waves. An earthmover working in the middle with its noise also didn't help enjoy the serene sunset. Second, disappointment was total absence of halal food (zabeeha) options. As it is a resort with no eateries nearby, the hotel must have some halal food options as otherwise it is very inconvenient.

Overall it was an amazing experience, it was kid friendly, staff were amazing, we made good friends with the cleaning staff they are absolutely amazing and deserve more recognition

april 2024. back from 5 day stay at the Hilton . Its definitely 5 hotel . Staff cannot do enough for you, polite and very welcoming. Service is incredible and the breakfast buffet is second to none. A real treat to stay there . wouldnt hesitate to visit again. Perfect for families as lots to do but also perfect if you do not have children as its very spacious . In a beautiful area . It isnt walking distance to shops and other restaurants but theres a free shuttle bus to the Bali collection mall and the Nusa dua beach where there are restaurants if you want to eat outside the hotel for a change and less pricey options which is only 5 km away . Or a cab is only £4 and easy to access . Only 30 mins from the airport .

Super large property! The most stunning views. Rooms were large and clean. Multiple pools so it never felt over crowded. Variety of dining options which was great. Shuttle to and from Bali Collection which was great though Grab or Gojek was super cheap if times were inconvenient. Only thing I didn’t like was that we booked a family room but were situated in the furtherest wing from the pool area and kids club. I found that odd as you aren’t allowed to take the pool towels back to your room so we had to walk 5 mins soaking wet through the resort, main entrance etc with our kids and pool toys etc.
