Our family of 5 stayed for 2 nights. For safety reasons we ate all our meals at the hotel and enjoyed our food.

Excellent. Stay was very comfortable, largely due to the amazing staff, specially F&B and Room Service people who took special care to help us get the right food for our 2 furry babies.

This is my first stay at Taj and it was an excellent experience. All aspects of my stay were great. Smooth check-in, beautiful property with a huge garden to stroll in, well-maintained gym, beautifully furnished rooms, delicious dining experience in the hotel's restaurant and an extremely calming experience at the hotel's spa, Jiva.
Above all, my stay was made perfect by the warm hospitality of the staff at Taj. I would like to specifically thank Abhimanyu (that we met at our breakfast buffet), Mayank and Tiwari (not sure of the first name) at the Hotel's indian restaurant and Praveen at the Jiva Spa. All four of them were extremely thoughtful and helpful with their recommendations and made my stay with my family an excellent one. I will definitely be staying at the property again when I visit Varanasi again.
