We were here for a single night. But it made all the difference. Service at the Leela was stellar in all respects. We used the spa, salon and stayed the night.
1. Spa - massage was very good. Jonya was excellent.
2. Salon - me and the kids got their hair done. Parthi's styling was deft and quick.
Aside from that, every staff member we met was very helpful.
The hotel was also accomodating when we needed some additional time during check out. Only improvement i would add is service within the dine-in restaurants , it was slow for dinner at xo and was a bit chaotic for breakfast at spectra. Not by any means a downer since the rest of the stay was amazing! We loved it and would recommend.
