Hi I would specially like to mention the restaurant service(Jacaranda) .Mr Yusuf and the staff were highly professional yet patient and was a pleasure to see their smiling faces although they work from morning to evening.Extremely courteous and helpful.A special Thank You to them.The room service was also great.We had an issue with the tap and it was replaced within 10 mins of raising the complaint. At the greet/check-in Mr Denis took care of all the formalities on check in.The room was clean however it is now looking jaded and probably needs a makeover(I have now stayed at this hotel over my last 3 visits) Thank you for making our stay worthwhile especially since we have a special needs child.
