Good service good food kids area is good, pool is small

was good stay Staff amazing. however they had over 100 kids showup and noone thought to block kids on same floor as a group so they all came charging down the halls between 2245 and midnight and up all night being loud through corridors even knocking on my door several times thinking their school mates were in my room (wrong room) Otherwise hotel was ok

The staff were amazing from checking in to checking out. They were all super polite and extremely attentive and always smiling and greeting you in the most hospitable way. Our check in with a young lady who’s name is Asthena I think (originally from Mumbai) was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. I felt like we were being greeted by a good friend. Also Ganesh from housekeeping was incredibly polite and helpful. These two are an asset to this hotel and absolutely deserve promotion, pay rise and bonuses. Because of them we are already planning another trip back and I will be bringing the whole family👍

My Stay was very good, My family enjoyed a lot. My child played some of VR games.

Nice ambiance. Good staff. Food is also good. My kids enjoyed a-lot.

great hotel for family vacation

We recently stayed there for 5 days with family. The whole staffs and hotel was so friendly and above and beyond helpful. The property is so clean and very neatly maintained with great bfast and food choices.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The child policy of the hotel is very family friendly.( good for families to stay here ) Very happy with the hotel Only downside was the breakfast place was too crowded, if at all they can have two counters whenever the hotel is full that will help! Very happy and will recommend other to stay here

Great 4 night stay for a large group with kids, hotel is well-suited for families and is conveniently located at 10 mins walk to the Candolim beach which is relatively quiet. Children's activity and pool area is great for those with young kids. Food is decent with room for improvement - breakfast service gets crowded quickly with long waits on occasion. Customer service was fantastic - we were taken care well by the staff especially Mr Caine, Mr Vicky, Mr Sanjay and Ms Joslin.
