Great service front desk people and the bartender is super nice and friendly. great hotel for sure! I stayed here with my mom and my daughter, the hotel is centrally located. everything is walking distance. highly recommend for family stay.

Overall hotel was very nice, breakfast included which was excellent.Unfortunately renovations happening during my stay, my room was on the same level as reception and was very like student accommodation for the price I paid family members paid the same and got newly renovated rooms which were worth the cost very well done. disappointed to say the least old rooms very bland and cold lots of banging and furniture was sitting in halls near my room!!

Met family here and we all stayed at the same hotel. It was perfect! Happy hour, restaurants nearby, very walkable, and it was quiet!

The included breakfast was really delicious, but it is worth it to get up early to avoid the crowd. The room was good, and the bedding cozy. The mattress and pillows were less comfortable for my partner and I. They did set out a nice small crib for our toddler with cute bedding. We came for new years and the view of fireworks being set off across the city was amazing. Nice location central to good restaurants, shopping and walks along the harbor.

It was in the center of town other than that no water on minibar. When asked can i have a bottle of water was told drink tap water and i am not even kid’s on this one

The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to a lot of the attractions easily. The room is small, and the beds are even smaller (they look like toddler beds, no joke!). I’ve never seen such a small shower stall, not even in Japanese hotels which are famous for their tight spaces. Having said that, it’s still good value for the money. The staff were nice and the lobby/lounge was very cozy.
