Service was excellent. Staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and perfect for a family of four. Towels were a little stained but this was a minor issue. Breakfast was plentiful but very busy at times, again another minor point. The area around the hotel is a bit scruffy and its a good 20 minute walk to the centre (we had a red bus ticket with a stop nearby so not a problem for us) and not sure if it merits 4 stars but overall I would recommend it.

Very clean and tidy hotel in a good location. Fantastic for families and all staff extremely accommodating. Extensive breakfast options and no issues throughout our stay.

The room could have been cleaner. The floor of the room was a bit dusty and dirty. Had a microwave which was great as we were travelling with a baby.
