Burlington Hotel

We really liked Burlington Hotel, as the room was quite modern with a beautiful design. It was small though. We were glad that we were traveling with two big backpacks.. instead of suitcases. The only downside was the small bad. It's ok to sleep in one bed as a couple. We thought it would be big enough to share the bed with our 3 year old daughter. we managed to make it work :) but i would recommend to book a 2 bedroom if you are traveling with a kid. The hotel is clean and modern. The lobby staff was always friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady super friendly as well. The location was alright, it's only a 2 minute walk to closest mrt station. price wise we were satisfied for what we got for our money. nice hotel. we had a lovely stay.

Roads around the hotel have a lot of bumps and I had a bad fall during my stay. The hotel should feedback to local authorities to improve on the surrounding conditions as this is not safe for anyone to be walking around the hotel, especially for tourists with luggage and kids.

This is a 3-day family trip. The hotel's location is very convenient, just a few minutes away from the MTR (subway) station and restaurants. The hotel is very clean. The check-in was very smooth and a male staff was very friendly and offered us power charger converters before we even asked for it. But the check out was not very pleasant. A male staff kept his cold face all the time during the check out. When we asked to keep our luggages he was very impatient. I think his cold attitude rubbed us the wrong way.
