I have been in this hotel many times before. I love the service and the food. However I was forced to call and ask for a room change last night, because a bunch of unconscious people had gathering on the first floor hallway with a couple of unruled children running around, and shouting. It took a while before they quiet down. I just hope that this does not happen again.

My favorite hotel in San Pedro Sula, I stay every time I visit family. The area is safe, nice, mall and many stores, restaurants are close by, friendly helpful staff, food is good, they also have a bar/restaurant cerveseria Chapultepec that is connected to the hotel if you decide to go grab some good Mexican food and drinks very cheap prices everything 39 Lempiras.
