Satama Hotel

The property is gorgeous I’m not going to take this away from it. Nice view overlooking the city. However the road could have been done. I was with a baby and every time we have to take this road in and out of the hotel I felt like my life was in danger. The ac was not running during day time which was horrible for my baby. The elevator was not working. I had to carry my heavy bag 3 stairs down. My sink was clogged every day I had to tell someone to come fix it. My balcony door couldn’t close even though I told the front desk. They disregarded all of the complaints. Not going back definitely. For your money yon don’t get the service . Overall property is hot because no central air. I had to leave the hotel everyday and just come back to sleep when Ac was on in the room.

NO HOT WATER! My family and I were forced to bathe in cold water every day which is ridiculous especially for the price we paid! If you have children don’t bring them they won’t like bathing in cold water, the pool is not cleaned or filtered probably or to regulation and there is nothing to do except eat and drink. Bring change singles and coins because the property definitely won’t have change so the customer is always shorted a dollar!
